The Role

Based in Singapore, the Country Head of HR leads a small team providing full HR support to the country business operations. The total workforce in this region is about 200 people, primarily in commercial functions. The business is going through some disruptive transformation, hence the role requires a strong HR leader who will help the organisation get to the next level of growth. The Country Head of HR role involves change management, building leadership capability, continuous development of the HR team, as well as building a stronger employer brand.  

The Individual

We are looking for a solid HR generalist/business partner with strong change/transformation experience. The successful candidate should have a solid track record in complex and highly matrixed organisations, with substantial experience supporting high-growth businesses. You will also need to be resilient and solutions oriented.
