Maintains payroll information by developing and managing all relevant systems and directing the collection, calculation and entering of data for effective payroll management. Lead all necessary monthly payroll calculations and liaises with payroll vendor to ensure smooth operation of monthly payments. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. Handle the HRIS to increase the efficiency, manage the C&B and Admin team with their development responsibility.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing payroll or compensation and benefits plans as a full-time employee, including payroll calculations. Fluent Business English both in writing and verbal communication is required. You also have current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
