The Role

The Director of Learning, Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing the learning strategy for the manufacturing organization. Working with senior stakeholders and learning leadership this role will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year learning and development plan and skills strategy for the manufacturing organization to ensure that the team develops and maintains cutting edge skills and capabilities. This is a new role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.  

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years’ experience in a learning role with previous experience supporting manufacturing operations (ideally advanced manufacturing). With strong strategic skills, candidates will have instructional design and learning operations experience. Experienced in project and product management, this person will have proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering on time and on budget. This person will be able to demonstrate innovation in learning modalities and learner experience. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
