This global organisation is well-renowned within their industry and equally recognised for their HR best practices. Thanks to continued growth and significant transformation, they are looking to bring an experienced Regional Rewards Lead to join the regional Central Europe team.
To support a growing organisation, this senior regional rewards role will be working with senior stakeholders and rewards peers both regionally and globally, designing and implementing policies and procedures relating to all things relating to compensation & benefits, including salary grading, sales compensation, merit allocation, pensions etc. The role is a mix of both strategic thinking and operational execution.
We are looking for someone with significant international rewards experience within large and complex matrix multinational organisations. Your deep rewards knowledge will allow you to combine both your functional experience and knowledge of the latest industry research to contribute to the design and implementation of C&B programmes and tools. German language is preferred, working experience within Germany is essential.
