We are pleased to be working with a leading player in the food and beverages sector. Being a publicly listed company, they are a home-grown brand in Singapore and have been around for more than a hundred years. The organisation has achieved continuous growth and the total headcount is about 2,200 across the eight countries in which they have a presence.
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this role will lead all Compensation & Benefits matters for the group. The countries include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Cambodia, Europe, and USA. You will be developing and designing the implementation of C&B programs to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees. This role requires partnering with the C-Suite and board of directors to ensure the strategy is in line with business needs. This position is based in Senoko.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good total HR experience and minimum five years in Regional Compensation/Benefits domain. The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of human resource trends and excellent analytical skills to package information a in clear, concise, executive-level ready format is a plus.
