The VP Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of the HR function for this 3,000+ employee segment. You will report directly to the President and will be a key member of the senior leadership team. This person will identify and drive improvements in organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and challenge conventional business thinking. S/he will collaborate with the President and senior leadership to develop the strategic direction of human resources and ensure all initiatives are aligned with business goals. This role has overall responsibility for leading and managing talent acquisition, performance management, organizational and management development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy development and legal compliance. The Vice President Human Resources will actively participate in business and financial discussions with the senior leadership team to understand and influence the decision-making process for future relevant business development actions to prepare and support the organization with the right HR organizational mix.
Qualified candidates will have proven global HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing and services. S/he will have experience supporting a global P&L leader in a business of $500m+ and be experienced in influencing executives by providing insights that lead to effective decision making across the business. The individual will be experienced in formulating policies and developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives. S/he will have well developed analytical skills and strong business acumen. In additional, this person will have significant M&A experience, including due diligence and proven success in post integration management.
