The Role

Our client is looking to add an experienced leader to drive global compensation & benefits. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to step into lead compensation & benefits knowing they have the support of an experienced CHRO who will also act as a mentor. The scope of this role will include opportunities to impact all areas of total rewards, both globally and domestically.  

The Individual

This individual will have experience in all aspects of compensation and benefits including recognition and wellness. They will have demonstrated competency in total rewards design review, company alignment and implementation. This person will be consumer-focused and have experience in building strong customer relationships. They will possess a communication style that is capable of influencing key stakeholders in the areas of total rewards design and administration.
