The Company

We are excited to be partnered with a highly innovative global technology start-up, which is in high growth mode and has a goal of going public in the next 18-24 months. Our client has been in business for 10 years and sales are soaring. As a result, the global employee base is expanding quickly to keep up with demand and a key need has arisen for a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition leader to support these efforts. This is a newly created position to support the global growth of the company and position it for a successful IPO. The company’s HR leadership team is outstanding, and its HR model is evolving to ensure a robust platform for future global growth.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced TA professional who brings extensive qualifications in full-cycle recruiting and the ability to build the recruiting function from the ground up, hire and lead a team and help scale a business from the talent perspective. The successful Global Head of TA will act as a brand ambassador, finding and attracting world class talent to join this highly successful start-up. This is both a strategic and tactical position within the company where you will create and set the TA strategy, build out the TA team and ensure hiring deliverables are being met. Working across the organization, the Global Head of TA will have access and influence at every level. In addition, the individual will partner closely with the management team and other leads to ensure TA strategy is aligned with the overarching goals and objectives of the business. The Individual

We are seeking an established Global Head of TA with a minimum of 10 year’s experience, some of which must come from the technology industry. Specific domain knowledge of recruiting best practices both in the US and globally are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role, as is a proven track record of success. They must have the ability to work as a team member but also possess skills to work independently to reach objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
