We are pleased to partner with a local conglomerate with a large population of over 15,000 employees across Greater China. The organisation has various businesses and a strong hospitality focus. There is an ongoing transformation project which is seeing a huge expansion in business, hence the need for this newly-created role in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Division HR Head, you will be leading the HR Business Lead team for one of the business units providing the full spectrum of HR activities including developing talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement programmes. Due to the huge business growth, you will need to play a major part in stepping up the capacity for volume hiring for this transformation project. For the rest of the time, as an HR Business Lead, you will provide strategic HR advice for your business portfolio.
Ideally, you would have a good blend of talent acquisition and business partnering experiences. Having been exposed to start-up environments or worked with companies that have gone through rapid expansion is beneficial. Experience managing sizeable operations and being trained in well-respected MNCs would be required. Strong project management skills are very critical for the individual to be able to deliver and manage the overall change management.
