They have a focus on innovation, digital transformation and client solutions in an ever-changing landscape and we are excited to be leading the search for a new Global Head of Talent to help support the transformation, growth strategy and ensure future success. The position could be based in London, Munich (or flexible).
Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR and as member of the Global HRLT, the new Global Head of Talent, will transform, develop and lead the entire end-to-end talent strategy into a world class function. This will include Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Key Talent Programs, Executive and all employees’ Learning and Development in addition to supporting the organisation in Strategic Workforce Planning & Executive succession enablement. Also included in this will be integrating DEI across the talent lifecycle, ensuring data driven talent decisions and best practice whilst managing high performing global talent teams across the world will be critical.
To be successful, you will bring extensive leadership experience in a regional or global HR role, with a successful track record and subject matter expertise in leading Talent in a complex, multinational, latest digital organisation, ideally in a change and transformation context. Financial services, insurance or related sectors and German language skills will be highly preferred.
