The Company

Our client is a U.S. based multinational company in the consumer goods industry. They have been building their Talent Acquisition capability in the past twelve months. We are helping them to appoint a Hong Kong based Asia Talent Acquisition lead.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of TA in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the regional Talent Acquisition programmes and initiatives which drive the development, selection, processes, and branding for Asia. Working alongside the global and regional teams, you will create and implement Talent Acquisition programmes, lead employee value proposition projects and manage graduate recruitment programmes.  

The Individual

You should be able to demonstrate experience in managing talent acquisition programmes. Possessing good stakeholder management skills, you should have proven experience working in multicultural organizations.
