The Role
The Regional HR Director is a senior HR leadership role responsible for consulting with senior leaders on matters related to global organisational effectiveness and will lead the development and execution of the talent and capabilities strategy and agenda. The HR Director will identify and provide client-focused solutions that drive effective business results through the alignment of human resources best practices to strategic business and broader Enterprise goals.
The Individual
You will have significant experience in diverse generalist HR leadership positions in global organisations of scale. You can showcase time spent in a functional leadership role with the ability to balance between being ‘hands on’ and ‘strategic’. We are looking for someone who is a true people person and business partner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence, as well as having strong data analysis skills to provide key business insights will be valuable.
