Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible for reviewing the South East Asia & South Asia plans and reward strategy and for providing input and solutions in reference to market practices. The organisation is going through huge transformation and building from a relatively decentralised foundation. You will help with the design, development and delivery of reward policies and processes, keeping up to date with market and business changes ensuring they remain competitive, attractive and drive employee engagement in-line with the broader HR and business strategies. You will be a subject matter expert, providing specialist support and advice as required to all stakeholders, to build effective working relationships to partner with Service Delivery, COE and HR Business Partners, understanding their requirements and accountable for developing appropriate reward interventions required to deliver the business strategy and improve business performance.
We are looking for a C&B specialist with a proven track record of leading a compensation and benefits function in a complex multi-national organisation. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations. You should ideally have diverse sector background to be able to bring broad external perspectives of best practices across other industries.
