We are working with a major financial services firm who is in need of someone to lead a large Talent Acquisition team in collaboration with the experienced global and APAC teams. They will need someone persistent to move the bar on how success is being defined. Agility to navigate complex relationships, processes and systems, while at the same time empowering a large team to embrace change. Their goal is to offer internal customers top-quality engagement and a candidate experience that allows them to gain a clear competitive advantage in their industry.
The role will report directly to the Head of APAC TA and will be responsible for leading and driving change in the talent platform. This person will oversee Japan and continue to build and revamp the talent platform and team. In addition, they will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution for talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top level talent in the market.
You will need 10 years in HR experience, of which at least five years in a management role with global companies. Strong analytical, problem solving and project managment skills are a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence key stakeholders will be required. Understanding of the key business unit talents and the ability to develop a core talent profile and come to the table with future talent needs to support business strategy will be required. Ideally you will have expertise in creating meaningful and impactful relationships within HR and across non-HR lines of the business.
