The Company

One of the most fast-growing sports apparel companies know for its style and practicality. They own and operate roughly 500+ stores worldwide. The business is set for strong growth in Japan.

The Role

As the business continues to grow in Japan, so does the need for a dedicated HR function. This individual needs to set the right HR practices in place to support that growth. You will be responsible for all-round HR responsibility, and partnering with the General Manager (directly reporting into them) and dotted to HR in APAC.  

The Individual

Ideally someone with retail experience in the past or currently, and a desire to lead the HR function entirely for Japan. This person should be a strong generalist of HR, but the role will also consider candidates strong in only certain aspects of HR who are looking and committed to growing in other areas.
