A key need has arisen for a dynamic HR Business Partner for the US region. This company is a well-established market leader with close to 10,000 employees and operating units in more than 30 countries worldwide. The company’s HR leadership team is outstanding, and its HR model is evolving to ensure a robust platform for future global growth. The need for a seasoned HR Business Partner is in part to improve the level of engagement between HR and the business, and drive a challenging change agenda.

The Role

We are looking for a high potential individual who brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of how to align the business goals and objectives with employees and management. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. This is a strategic position within the organization where driving HR strategies is critical. San Francisco Bay Area and working across the organization, the HRBP will have access and influence at every level, from the manufacturing employee base to executive leadership. Collaboration with team leaders to manage people development, including employee relations, growth and organizational design is key as are the more tactical elements of ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The Individual

We are seeking an established HRBP with a minimum of 10 years of experience gained within a highly matrixed multinational corporation. Specific domain knowledge of policies, best practices, compliance, organizational development, labor legislation and recruiting required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role as is proven track record in of success. He/she will have the ability to work as a team member but also posses’ skills to work independently to reach objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
