Our client is a market-leading, global organisation in the Financial Services sector with a strong global footprint and reputation. The company are going through an exciting period of change and transformation and are looking for a high calibre, commercial HR Business Partner to join their EMEA HR team and support one of their Front Office business lines.
Reporting into the Head of HR EMEA and managing a small regional team, you will drive the strategic HR agenda across a critical Front Office business line across EMEA. Working closely with your regional and global counterparts you will support the on-going build out of a progressive, commercial and value-added HR Business Partner function. As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will work in close partnership with your senior Business Leaders to ensure the HR agenda aligns with the business strategy, and have a focus on strategic talent and workforce planning initiatives, change, transformation and OD.
The right candidate for this role will be a high impact, credible and business focused HR professional. You will have experience supporting Front Office business lines as an HR Business Partner and be used to working in large, complex, global organisations. You will be comfortable in transforming environments and possess a deep understanding of how HR can partner and align with the front-line business, driving results and success. As a true change agent with excellent diplomacy, negotiation and influencing skills, you will partner, counsel and coach the senior business leaders through the ambiguity. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management are a must. In addition, we are looking for: 1.) Minimum 15 years’ experience as a HRBP in international, fast paced organisations, ideally within the Professional and Financial Services sectors. 2.) Previous regional/international experience. 3.) Strong business acumen and a proactive, high energy approach. 4.) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
