This role will support the Chief Digital Officer in their build out of the global digital function. The key objective is to grow the right capability in the digital hubs across the globe. They aspire to become a cutting edge ‘digitally native’ company and this role and function will be critical in ensuring success. The role will be a key strategic business partner and focus on organisational design and transformation in this space.
We are looking for an experienced and commercial HR business partner who has a track record in digital transformation from an HRBP perspective. An understanding of how to deliver in a complex matrix organisation is more critical than the type of industry. An HRBP who has strong Talent and OD behind them would be advantageous. An ability to deal with tough stakeholders is paramount.
