We are working with a leading luxury retailer with a global footprint to recruit a Global Executive Compensation Director to work with their team in Hong Kong. This company is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment for their employees.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of C&B, the Global Executive Compensation Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s executive compensation programs globally. This role will work closely with the global compensation team and senior leadership to ensure that executive compensation programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives. Providing guidance on executive compensation matters to senior leadership and the group management team is also expected.  

The Individual

The ideal individual for the Global Executive Compensation Director role should have strong stakeholder management skills, work effectively with the global compensation team, and possess technical know-how and executive presence. They should have a growth mindset and be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of the company.
