With HR as the heart of the business, this HR Director of North Asia, based in Tokyo, will look after two critical markets for the company. With the business growing 5x in size in the last 5 years and set for even more aggressive growth in the coming years, this HR leader will need to be the critical voice of people strategy and be expected to come to the leadership table with the best people strategy during leadership meetings. Managing a team of 10 HR professionals with plans to expand this team, this HR Director must be dynamic, strategic, and a charismatic leader to the team and the overall business.
The right individual for this opportunity will need to possess a high level of IQ and EQ. They will need to be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work at a fast pace. Managing a total team of 10+ members and growing across different HR expertise and countries, this individual must be a strong and influential leader. Above all else, this individual must be a true partner to the business and have impact and gravitas with all levels of the business and understand how to drive results through pragmatic HR initiatives.
