The Role

This role reports to the CHRO and would be responsible for the end-to-end HR strategy, talent agenda and transformation for the Sales function for the organisation. This position will also have a team of five reporting into them. The organisation is on a growth trajectory and undergoing a major transformation, which makes this a challenging yet a very immersive role.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have depth of FMCG/Distribution Sales HR experience, with a stable career in a high growth organisation. They would be someone who can view things strategically but also roll up sleeves and be highly detail oriented to accomplish the tasks. A practical individual with a proactive mindset and high orientation for problem solving would be a great culture fit.
