We are delighted to be working with a global organisation in the building materials sector. They are one of the largest conglomerates in their industry and a long-time market leader, with over 50,000 employees worldwide.
The Role
Based in Singapore, this position will be supporting a large global organisation spread out across APAC, North America, and the rest of the world. It’s large-scale with close to 10,000 employees in operations. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to; harnessing the remote team together to ensure strong business parterning; partnering with the broader HR community in shaping the new HR operating model; and developing the overall functional capabity, especially around business partnering, talent management, and HR technology.
The Individual
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has worked in large-scale MNS where progressive HR is present. You should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment that does not focus too much on hierarchy. You should demonstrate a strong track record in execution speed and efficiency, and be open to new ideas. Someone with a positive attitude and a goal-getter is what we are looking for. Relevant experience supporting supply chain & manufacturing workforce is highly preferred.
