We are working with a global MNC in the industrial sector. They have strong presence globally and particularly in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this role will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive the regional leadership and talent strategy, resulting in greater depth, breadth and functional excellence of the company’s talent pipeline. The APAC Talent Head is responsible for leadership development programs and Talent Management practices. This is a critical role that will enable HR to drive the people agenda and build a performance-driven culture. You should be able to design as well as operationalise the talent strategies, help build the future workforce and continue to enhance organisation and talent capabilities.
You have an accomplished background in talent management, and have experience shaping an organisation that’s been growing rapidly. You are a self-starter who can work with multiple stakeholders amongst ambiguity. You are both strategic and hands-on and are able to build good rapport and relationships, with maturity, gravitas and humility.
