Our client is a global leader in networking and cable products. They are a listed and complex organisation that is headquartered in the US with solid footprints in the EMEA region. They are currently experiencing exciting transformation where there has been the opportunity to shift the culture through the introduction of a new employer value proposition. The company is looking for an HR Business Partner to be based ideally in either Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands, covering the EMEA region.
Reporting into the VP, HR EMEA, this position will be an integral member of the leadership team, building cross-functional engagement for the organisation. Alongside the EMEA HR leaders, it will lead and develop the Sales and Customer Innovation teams. There will be opportunities to get involved in cross market/business projects at the regional and global level. This is a new role with the upside of allowing the individual to shape the role as it evolves with change and transformation.
You should have experience at cross-country HR management in EMEA, with considerable experience in Germany. You will also have a good HR breadth and understanding, with the potential to develop your depth of experience. Someone who is driven by the impact of their work on the commercial success of the organisation is essential. You should have the ability to handle tasks in a changing and evolving environment. You will have business-level spoken German and be familiar with international context and cultural sensitivity.
