A key need has arisen to hire a Global Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Global HRBP will support one of the Foundations programs, working closely with leaders and key stakeholders to effectively and with impact, serve in a broad based, global HR capacity.
In this role, the Global Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the HR leadership team and is a fundamental contributor of building out the HR capabilities. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Senior HRBP will align HR initiatives and functions with the business needs and objectives. Responsibilities include enhancing performance, supporting employee development, planning strategic HR initiatives, enhancing culture across the organization and driving collaboration. This is a leadership role and the Senior HRBP will work across the global HR function and will train, develop and mentor on a daily basis and have the opportunity to participate in creating new HR strategies that will be adopted across the organization.
We are seeking senior HR business partners with a minimum of 15 years of broad-based HR experience, supporting global teams and functions. They will need to show a strong business acumen and an understanding of culture nuances and differences that come with a global remit. Strong oral and written communication skills with a track record of being able to build relationships across an organization and the ability to influence without authority. Someone who is solutions oriented, proactive and identifies new ways of working, has strong influencing skills and the ability to articulate a point of view with tact and confidence. Previous experience leading and managing teams is required. This person must be able to relocate to Seattle, WA and will not require sponsorship or a work visa.
