Our client is a European company established over 50 years ago. With a diverse portfolio of products and brands, it operates in more than 100 countries globally. We are helping them to appoint a Regional HR Director for APAC to be based in Singapore.
This role will work closely with the broader HR organisation to support the rapid business growth and the constant challenge for organisation capability building. It will play an important part in talent management and employee engagement. This position will also work closely with business leaders to spearhead growth and take the business through critical transformation. The role requires a person who can show strong change management skills, is able to deal with ambiguity and fast growth, and is passionate about what they do. The organisation is full of energy and would suit someone with entrepreneurial spirit. It will be a lean team, so a combination of both strategic and hands-on responsibilities is required.
You should have proven track record with at least 10-15 years of broad HR experience, preferably from the FMCG or retail related industry. Experience working in highly matrix and complicated organisations will be important, as well as strong business acumen.
