The Role

The role will have huge impact and the success of this person will be critical to the overarching transformation company wide. Enabling a unified HR and business organisation most importantly with a very strong focus on the Customer Experience, innovation, Sales, Commercial Capability, and marketing and business strategy. The role will work closely with a number of business and HR VP’s and work most closely with the VP of the Commercial environment.  

The Individual

You will need to be truly flexible, having had extensive international experience and preferably lived and worked in different locations with a track record in working very closely with various business heads across multiple geographies. Ideally you will have worked in a variety of different industries understanding Best in Class but being experienced enough to work in an environment that is going through significant transformation and strategic change. Importantly you be able to operate in a fluid yet consistent manner, gaining quick wins and building credibility across the various stakeholders from the word go. You may be in Switzerland now, returning to Switzerland or happy to move.
