Headquartered in Asia, our client is a leading semiconductor company with global footprint. They are preparing to expand its operations further in Asia and to consolidate its leading position in the market. For this, they looking to hire a Taipei based Global Head of Organisational Development.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of COE, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organisational development programs. With the expansion plan in mind, through building human capital and workforce planning, you will provide career development opportunities to key leaders and evaluate key performances with various tools. This role will also oversee the talent development programs of senior executives across the globe.  

The Individual

You should be a seasoned organisational development executive with group office experience. Having experience in group positions would be ideal. You should have strong regional knowledge of Asia Pacific and it would beneficial to also have covered markets outside of Asia.
