The Company
We are delighted to work with a highly successful local conglomerate in the semiconductor industry. The company has gone through an interesting 2020 and projects that the market will have a V-shape recovery over the next 12 months. We are helping them to identify a Taipei-based Global Head of OD.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating appropriate interventions to address organisation development and talent development initiatives. By integrating practical experiences and theoretical framework, you should be able to translate business initiatives into organisational development and talent strategies that align with business objectives.
The Individual
You should be a mature Talent or OD leader with regional exposure as well as experience. The company is looking for best-in-class talent and they have set high expectations for the team. You should be able to bring best practices to the organisation as well as leverage existing mechanisms.
