Very much an icon in its product area, the business aims to globalise even further and significant transformation is afoot in terms of talent upgrading, new markets and tools/systems. The UK region is significant in terms of growth trajectory and both consumer and population size.
A pivotal HR Directorship for the UK has opened up. It requires excellent understanding of the intricacies and legal frameworks challenges of the Middle East and Asian consumer markets. This is very much a strategic business partnering opportunity in a fast-moving environment. Success in leading Talent Management, D&I, L&D and employee engagement will be important. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp-thinker and strong communicator with excellent pace and collaborations skills.
The appointment will require at least ten years’ broad, generalist HR experience, and specifically an in-depth knowledge of driving and sophisticating Talent Management processes and strategies. Strong technical skills are absolutely expected as is the malleability to work in a transforming environment. A sound working knowledge of Learning & Development strategy is also useful.
