The Role

As the APAC Head of Diversity and Inclusion, you will report to the APAC HR Head and be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and the execution framework within APAC. This includes building best practice, partnering with the global diversity and inclusion team to ensure alignment, and facilitating ownership and accountability amongst senior leaders on diversity and inclusion issues. You will focus on diversifying the workforce with different skills and backgrounds, whilst ensuring an inclusive environment. This position is based in Singapore.  

The Individual

The role requires an individual with extensive experience in implementing and executing HR diversity and inclusion programmes at an international level. You must be strong in multi-tasking and execution of complex projects, as well as managing multiple stakeholder requirements in a matrix organisation. You should also have excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills.
