This global organisation is well-known in the manufacturing industry and is a multinational market leader, known for its innovation and quality. The company has a track record of strong financial performance and is currently looking for a new Group Head of Rewards to join their team, to be based in Paris.
This role is responsible for creating diverse global Rewards solutions and frameworks that can be rolled out across business units and regions across this highly matrixed organisation. Reporting directly to the CHRO, and managing a small team, this role will be to design and manage creative C&B programs and solutions to attract, motivate and retain top talent within the company. Responsibilities will include designing performance-related short and long-term incentive plans, executive compensation and comp committee reporting.
You are a senior international Rewards leader, familiar with complex yet progressive matrix MNC organisations. You bring a broad yet creative approach to Compensation & Benefits, including deep expertise in executive compensation, incentive plan design and implementation, and a global mindset. Business fluency in French is mandatory as all reporting is in French.
