The Company

We are delighted to partner with a fast-growing luxury retail brand with a European headquarter. The brand has had tremendous growth over the past few years and is now in a position to further expand its footprint in the region.

The Role

Reporting to the Asia HR Director, the Regional Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Asia, will be an individual contributor working with regional COE teams to strategise and deliver HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Partnering with both regional and local teams in Hong Kong, the role will also work closely with senior leaders across the region. The Regional Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Asia should be skilled in optimising store efficiency, running workforce planning and sales-incentive schemes as well as driving operation excellence.  

The Individual

We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Having luxury retail experience will be a plus. The culture there is dynamic and fast-paced, hence, passion, agility and self-motivation is a must.
