This company is a major global retail goods company based in Europe. They currently operate across multiple categories. Japan is one of their biggest markets and strongly linked to their home, not only due to its sizeable business but also for its strategic importance as a top retail brand in the market.
This is a new role as the company is looking to place more focus on customer experience. It is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills in a highly recognized global company. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing Retail business integrated HR programs and systems to support retail business growth and enable a best in class organization with long term business success. Managing three HRBPs and retail trainers directly, the person will need to communicate with stores closely and understand their needs, so retail experience or a keen understanding of customer experience will be critical to success.
The individual must be willing to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. They must have excellent attention to detail and the foresight to manage projects that have pending deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
