The Company

Our client is a multinational organisation in the consumer industry with an ever-rowing portfolio of products and a very well regarded reputation internationally. This business has a long history and has continued to grow rapidly over the past few years via organic growth and even more so through acquisition. They are now looking for a Regional Head of Employee Experience and HR Operations to join their team.

The Role

This newly created role will be part of a global HR platform to concentrate employee experience and everything related to HR services. With a big investment in digital processes, the organization is looking to make access to internal processes easier for employees. Rather than a shared service center, this internal function will be responsible for helping the employees on all topics around HR admin, payroll, global mobility, talent attraction, rewards etc. Leading a team across the Americas region, the Head of Employee Experience and HR Operation will be responsible for driving this new platform for approximately 2,000 employees.  

The Individual

We are looking for an internationally minded and experienced HR leader who has worked within HR Operations but ideally also as an HRBP or Talent specialist, to understand how best to drive the internal processes that create a smooth employee experience journey. You will need to have a good grasp of digital processes, and an ability to work across multiple cultures. Fluent Spanish and English are required for this role, given the coverage of LATAM markets.
