This global organisation is well-known by consumers for their brands and continues to expand their presence in over 400 locations around the world. Due to a recent internal promotion, they are looking for a new Global VP Talent to join their team.
Based in Paris, you’ll be working on broad Talent topics for the entire organisation, with a focus on succession planning and designing leadership development programs for the top level senior executives. You also work on creating mobility options within the organisation and leading key executive level recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to essentially create your own role, working with the CHRO and coaching senior leaders to create a cohesive Talent program and establishing best practice for HR development initiatives between the regions.
You will be a senior international Talent professional with experience in complex matrix organisations. In order to be successful in this role, you will bring a mature yet humble approach, able to quickly establish trust and coach senior stakeholders. This role is more of an influencer role, managing only 1 direct report so you will have proven ability in managing external consultant relationships, able to work in a lean talent environment. Fluency in French is required.
