This pioneering consumer-goods company, synonymous with innovation and quality, has been enjoying break-neck growth in the region over recent years and is positioned to double in size within the next decade. The Greater-China region ranks as the number one market globally, and accounts for close to fifty percent of the company’s revenue/profit.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR APAC, and the SVP Greater-China, this crucial appointment will be the strategic HRBP/talent advisor to the regional executive leadership team. Your mandate is to ensure that the organisation is continually designed and poised for sustainable growth. This will be achieved by leading and driving world-class talent management, engagement, and culture strategies – with a focus on leadership, HIPO and mid-management succession and development; as well as delivering various other best-practice programs to meet the needs of today and tomorrows changing workplace. The employee demographic is sizeable, diverse, and requires unique touch points – and the pace of change can often be fast.  

The Individual

As a sophisticated HR Leader/Generalist, you will bring significant expertise across the broader APAC/Greater-China region, combining a successful track record in delivering large-scale organisation development, culture, and talent interventions, within top multi-national environments. The successful role-holder could come from a range of B2C industry sectors, however the growth and talent-focused mindset is absolutely key, as is a built-in passion for excellence. Fluency in business-level English and mother-tongue Mandarin is essential.
