The Role

The Chief People Officer must feel comfortable applying their knowledge to all aspects of HR, including extensive M&A harmonisation programs, digital transformation, and workforce planning, and have a sound understanding of governance and analytics.  

The Individual

Having extensive experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable, particularly if you can act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and guide them through complex transformative periods. Additionally, you should be a credible operator with exceptional communication skills in order to build effective and trusted relationships.
