We are currently partnering with a well-known household brand in the F&B sector, to find them an HR Director. This long standing, family-owned company, is continuing to grow with expansion into international markets and the changed consumer behaviour towards a more plant-based, healthy, and sustainable nutrition, has helped them to gain market share.
The HR Director is a change and transformation role, helping the organisation to move from a traditional, family run company, to one that is agile with a professional and high performing HR function. This role is to be based in Hamburg, where the HQ is, and will have responsibility for four production sites with about 1,500 people. It leads a large team of HR Business Partners and an HR Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR Manager to take over an important number one role in a growth environment.
