The Company

We are working with a large multinational consumer goods organisation currently going through a business transformation and making significant change. With this lends for a focus around its people and the need for additional leadership and specialisms and our client is looking for a Learning & Development Lead to be based in Switzerland to assist with this.

The Role

The successful person will be the interface with key business stakeholders, providing consultation and learning and development solutions to raise the capabilities of our client’s employees. You will contribution to the transformation plans by implementing and driving the on-going L&D strategy, and support the development of building a culture of continuous learning and learning agility.  

The Individual

We are looking for a Learning & Development expert who has proven practical experience, ideally in large, complex, global organisations which have been through transformation. You will need to have strong business partnering skills, as well as an ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the business. Consulting or FMCG experience will be considered as an asset.
