Based in London, this highly visible role is responsible for helping to define the leadership development roadmap to upskill talent, promote leadership effectiveness, behaviours and performance within this fast-paced organisation. Using your own coaching expertise and network, you will utilise an array of tools, including external executive coaches/consultants to define and develop what great leadership looks like, and how it can be achieved and rewarded as part of this progressive organisational culture.
You are a senior HR professional with a deep knowledge of leadership development at a global level. Your background will ideally be a mix of both leadership/performance consulting and inhouse corporate experience, within a multinational context. You can easily switch between strategic and operational and you enjoy working in a progressive, agile environment rather than a heavy process-driven structure. You are less concerned with traditional job descriptions and hierarchy than you are with how you can truly make an impact, deliver results and transform top talent within a world-class organisation.
