Completed Permanent United Kingdom - Global

The Company

This fast-growth global organisation is going through a period of exciting and significant change, and as a result they have the opportunity for an experienced Leadership Development professional to help upskill and promote their top internal talent. This is a great opportunity to have real visibility by driving innovation that will help to attract & retain top talent in a market-leading organisation.

The Role

Based in London, this highly visible role is responsible for helping to define the leadership development roadmap to upskill talent, promote leadership effectiveness, behaviours and performance within this fast-paced organisation. Using your own coaching expertise and network, you will utilise an array of tools, including external executive coaches/consultants to define and develop what great leadership looks like, and how it can be achieved and rewarded as part of this progressive organisational culture.

The Individual

You are a senior HR professional with a deep knowledge of leadership development at a global level. Your background will ideally be a mix of both leadership/performance consulting and inhouse corporate experience, within a multinational context. You can easily switch between strategic and operational and you enjoy working in a progressive, agile environment rather than a heavy process-driven structure. You are less concerned with traditional job descriptions and hierarchy than you are with how you can truly make an impact, deliver results and transform top talent within a world-class organisation.
