The Company

Our client is a globally recognized brand providing premium products to a world-wide customer base. They have operations in Mexico City and retail locations throughout the region. The HR organization is going through key areas of transition as the firm itself undergoes a large-scale technology transformation.

The Role

The HR Director leads the national HR strategy with a strong aim on steering the culture of the firm through the technological transformation of products and services. It will also oversee support of corporate, sales and retail organizations with all HR matters. The HR Director will be instrumental in the transformation of the HR organization and will look to bring in new talent and new competencies. The HR Manager sits in a multicultural environment as it interfaces extensively with leadership in the US, and Europe, and local expats. This individual will bring HR expertise and business understanding to their client, and assist in influencing, coaching, and counseling employees and managers throughout all business cycles.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced HR leader with an in-depth understanding of the Mexico market and experience working in a multi-national corporation within an international capacity. Prior support of commercial business units within manufacturing companies is ideal. This individual must possess strong networking skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment. Fluent English and Spanish language skills is a must. Ideal profile will include prior experience leading a firm through a cultural and technological transformation.
