Our client is one of the leaders in developing and manufacturing semiconductor products, headquartered in the US. They have a strong international presence with more than 11,000 employees. The company is seeking a seasoned HR leader to strengthen its HR leadership as it continues to build a high-performance and values-driven organisation in a fast-growth environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Asia Head of HR, the Taiwan HR Lead will partner with site leaders and key stakeholders of the operations team in Taiwan, which consists of approximately 180 employees across multiple business units and functions. The primary objective of this role is to enhance human capital productivity and organisational effectiveness that align with the business and plant objectives of the organisation.  

The Individual

Our client is seeking an HRBP with 15+ years of experience in a multinational environment. The ideal individual will be a well-rounded HR generalist with a strong track record of managing the complexity of multiple sites. Must demonstrate a proven ability to successfully implement HR strategies that meet business needs within a matrixed organisation.
