The Company

We are working with a market leader in delivering mission critical facilities to the transmission and distribution utilities and renewables sectors globally. They are experts in delivering engineering, procurement and construction projects from concept design and planning to project execution. PE-backed, they have been growing steadily and have 750 people sitting in active sites and offices across the EMEA region and India, with plans to double in size over the next five years. The head office is in Limerick, Ireland.

The Role

The Chief People Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and attract and retain top talent in the industry. The role will be based in Limerick, Thurles or Cork and have leadership responsibility for 20+ team members across the HR function.  

The Individual

We are seeking a dynamic and commercial HR leader with experience spearheading large scale HR transformation and cultural change within a high growth international environment. This individual must be able to manage and operate across the executive team whilst also being comfortable rolling sleeves up at certain times and mirror the low-ego, humble culture. Must have experience of delivering process improvements through HR operations and technology enablement.
