This role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Managing Director and functionally into global HR, so you will need to know how to work effectively within a matrix organisation. With a strong team of local and plant HR contributors the mandate is clear, support the organisational transformation to facilitate significant growth through innovative practice and thought leadership. You will have ultimate responsibility for the creation of a robust and innovative People Strategy and successful implementation through fit for purpose HR team.
Previous experience in FMCG is essential as is breadth and depth experience in the German market. Your experience must include a proven, positive track record of working successfully with Works Councils on transformational projects. You will be a talent enabler within your own team of HR specialists as well as with the business leadership and their teams. Your interest in employee engagement and innovative thought leadership will go beyond the regular ideas and projects. Fluent German and English is required, and a strong record of driving your personal development and learning is expected. Everything about you will demonstrate your commitment and passion for people, customer, and brands. You will enjoy working with senior stakeholders and influencing with facts and data.
