We are seeking a high energy HR Director APAC, based in Sydney, to drive further growth and success across the region.
This HR Director will partner with the Regional CEO and the regional leadership team to build and deliver on strategic business objectives, primarily focused on growth. Collaborating with global HR colleagues and the HR COE’s, this remit includes end-to-end HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, leadership and talent development, regional team management, culture and engagement as well as employee/industrial relations in a unionised environment.
To be successful in this role, the individual will need to show extensive experience in manufacturing/industrial companies across Asia working with different cultures. Solid industrial relations knowledge and experience will be vital, and all add to the importance of being a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team. This position requires a passion for leading a strong HR team and driving cultures across regions. Therefore, showing a track record of successfully working in a complex multinational company matrix structure will also be important.
