Reporting directly into the CEO and dotted to the Global head of HR (CPO – Chief People Officer), this individual will partner closely with the business leaders to drive the critical talent initiatives of the company. This Head of HR will be primarily responsible for being a high-level business partner to the leadership organization and CEO in order for the company to run smoothly and effectively.
Being a very locally driven industry, this Head of HR must be nearly fluent in English in order to communicate the correct aspects of local needs to their global counterparts. The individual will be a right-hand and advisor to the CEO for all people matters. As it is the talent industry, the individual must have a keen and deep interest in people and particularly talent development, coaching, and talent management in order to bring out the best in the organization and keep it creative and profitable.
