The Role

The University Lead is a key position that reports directly to the Global Head of Growth and Careers. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and colleagues around the world to shape the future of learning in the organisation. The main focus will be on creating a new University and transforming the learning landscape. One of the key responsibilities will be to develop a diagnostic framework to gather insights from business leaders, People Analytics, and HRBPs. Through this process, you will identify emerging skills that impact various aspects of the business. Based on these insights, you will develop policies and frameworks to operationalise the University and ensure its success.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate should have at least ten years of experience in leading L&D programs in a regional or global corporate environment, with at least seven years dedicated to overseeing global enterprise L&D teams and leading digital learning practices. They should have a proven track record of designing and implementing learning interventions that have a measurable business impact. The University Lead should also have a deep understanding of learning strategies and their related components, skills, and models, as well as being familiar with industry-leading learning platforms, technologies, and tools.
