The Role

The Head of HR for Hong Kong and Macau appointment will partner with the C-suites to support on organisation structure solutions based on changing business needs. Leading a team of 10, this strategic role will be responsible for driving business transformation through talent and leadership development; deployment for customer service and sales function through collaboration with global network; and developing programs to support organisation capability upgrades. Surrounded by a strong peer group, as well as communities of expertise, you will leverage your relationship building and influencing skills to co-create HR solutions and interventions, which will result in a great employee experience. The role will be based in Hong Kong.  

The Individual

The successful role-holder will be credible, results driven, and a team player with proven experience in successfully navigating a complex, multi-culture matrix structure. You will demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactile experience in the design and implementation of HR programs. Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is a must.
