Our client is an industry-leading multinational with a broad product portfolio across multiple industries. With various B2C and B2B clients, the organisation is going through significant transformation across both the business and HR function. This is a newly created role for a Global HR Business Partner to join the team of a successful and established organisation.
This is a double-hat role as VP HR for Corporate Functions and also HRBP for a specific and highly specialised global business unit. Managing a small direct team, you will be reporting directly to the CHRO, and functionally reporting to the COO and business leader of the specific BU. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of HR needs and strategy for the operations organisation, in close partnership with the HR BUs, Country and COE Leads. This role will be partnering with Global Operations Leadership and HR to design and implement global strategies and initiatives to drive and enable the transformation required to ensure business growth and success.
You are an international HR leader with strong HR business partnering experience in a matrixed multinational company environment, and adept at managing demanding stakeholders. Your background will be in industrial or manufacturing, and ideally you will have proven experience in driving the transformation of a global function. You can demonstrate leadership and delivery in change management environments and it’s important you are comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment, able to deal with ambiguity.
